| Most of Redang’s visitors come here on standardised three day / two night packages which include return transfers from the mainland, accommodation, meals and several snorkelling outings. Rental of snorkelling equipment (around RM 10-50 per day), marine park fees (adult/child RM 5/2.50) and land transfers (from bus station/airport to jetty, around RM 5-20 pp) are not included.
Some resorts also offer scuba diving packages and room-only or room and breakfast rates are sometimes available. It is advisable to book in advance if your trip coincides with weekends, public holidays and Malaysian school holidays. Surcharges may also apply for these dates. |
