A beautiful location fronting the beach and surrounded by rainforest jungle is located in private corner at southern part of Tioman Island, close to with its own private jetty and boat service. Boat can be provided both from Tanjong Leman jetty point (one way) 35RM per person or from Genting area in Tioman which would be 30RM per person. The resort architecture and landscaping is elegant yet in simple style to match the local culture. The villas are sited at both sides of landscaped lake in middle of resort, and guests would not face much trouble or confusion to reach their rooms. For guest convenience buggy service has been provided for taking guest and their belongings to their villa or back to lobby.

The villas are not that big but with enough space and tastefully equipped. The soft and plush beds are extremely inviting, making it tempting to stay in and order room service! Wireless internet is only accessible in lobby and restaurant area but it is free of charge. The game center beside lobby area includes various games and also for those who do not have personal laptop for accessing the internet, they can use the computers over there.

The Pawana restaurant has been designed to provide an exclusive dining experience. The balcony eating area in sight of sea and jetty is very beautiful indeed, especially if you want to enjoy your meal by sunset. The indoor area still is not an ordinary closed space, but a very open and intimate dining area with ongoing natural cool breeze. To achieve a balance between open, social and intimate with private space, this restaurant includes a glass dining saloon which can host up to 25 people with air-condition and curtains for private events or meetings.  The food ranges from salads and sandwiches to pizzas and from local to western you have plenty of choices.

Resort has and in-house spa which offers guests a chance to indulge in soothing treatments. To give more privacy and calming atmosphere the Sarang spa, located at a bit higher level apart from the villas and surrounded by bamboo fence.
