From the Genting Village jetty, follow the village pathway to the north to find the Genting Bayu Chalet.  The easiest way to spot it is to look out for the giant sea eagle in a cage in front of the chalets.

The wooden chalets here are lined up in a garden, fronted by a beach bar and a volleyball net put up on the sand.  The rooms are well maintained and the interiors are brightly painted.

With a mountain covered in deep green jungle behind you and the clear sea in front of you, Genting Bayu is a perfect place to unwind and get in touch with the simple island life.
