Separated by a rocky headland from the Marine Park headquarters, Nazri’s Place, or Nazri I as it is also known, is at the southern end of Ayer Batang village. It is a large and spacious resort, but its real claim to fame is that it is at the edge of one of the best stretches of beach on Tioman.

All rooms are air-conditioned. Budget rooms are at the back of the garden and the edge of the jungle, and have basic comforts. The deluxe rooms have modern amenities, including televisions and neat bathrooms and are housed in a new building. The Sea View rooms are simple, yet comfortable and have a beautiful view of the waves rolling in to the beach.

The restaurant is right at the water’s edge and serves a selection of local and western meals. Snorkelling trips and other excursions can be arranged and conferencing facilities will be available in the near future.
