Between dives, the resort chefs keep you pretty busy with 5 meals a day. Main meals are buffet style Asian cuisines, with lots of fresh salads. If you wish to do night dive, just inform the receptionist, they will 'keep' some food for you.

Average visibility is between 30 meters (90ft) to 50 meters (150ft).

Rising from 2000m, the reefs around the island offer exciting encounters with pelagic marine animals like massive numbers of barracuda, jacks and the hammerhead shark. Famous marine life resident include Jacks, Hawk bill turtle, shoals of barracuda, Dog Tooth Tuna, White Tip Sharks, Black tip sharks, Reef Sharks and Napolean wrasse. They are frequently spotted in these dramatic underwater topography. Muck diving in the shallow lagoon for rare macro animals like the elusive Ghost pipefish, frog fish, etc.

There are about 14 dive sites - The Valley, Sharks Cave, Crack reef, wreck point, gorgonian forrest, D'wall and not to miss, the popular Dog tooh liar. The most interesting part of the dive is all the great dive sites are within fifteen minutes away by catamaran.

One of the best dive spot in Layang-layang is the Dog tooth Liar. At the 'must dive' spot, you can see the hammerhead shark, Schools of jacks, tuna, black tip and white tip sharks. The hammerhead shark is commonly spotted at 30-40m. For the Open Water Diver (OWD) it's about time to upgrade to Advance Open Water Diver. Learn new tips and technique before you come here so that your trip to Layang-Layang is unforgettable. This is not a place for inexperienced divers.
