Q1.	How do I go to Mersing from Singapore via road ?
	After crossing the causeway, use Tebrau Highway (the easiest way) and drive further to Kota Tinggi. Before you reach Kota Tinggi you will come across a small town called Ulu Tiram. Drive straight until you reach Kota Tinggi. From Kota Tinggi you need to see the signboard which tell you the way to Mersing. Journey from the causeway to Mersing is about 2 hours.
Q2.	I want to go to Sibu Island, do I need to go to Mersing ?
	No. You need to go to Tanjung Leman (about 60 Km from Kota Tinggi). It is nearer to go to Sibu Island from Tanjung Leman.
Q3.	I would like to go to Tioman Island via air. How can I go to other island like Rawa ?
	From Tioman jetty you need to chartered a speed boat to Rawa which normally cost you around RM400 to RM500.

Q5.	Can you arrange the cruise service from Singapore ?
	Yes we can. The ferry depart from Tanah Merah, Singapore. The fee is estimated at RM355 (S$168) on weekend and S$148(RM353). Depart daily at 8:30 a.m. Estimated arrival time between 4.5 to 5 hrs. Mail us to get the current fee.
Q6.	How do I go to Mersing from Singapore by coach service ?
	You can go from Newton Circus or Jalan Sultan Bus Terminal. Depart daily at 6:30 a.m. The bus will stop near at Mersing's jetty. From the jetty you need to take a ferry to Tioman. From Mersing to Singapore, the coach depart at 12:30 p.m. The journey is about 3 hours.
Q7.	Where can I park at Mersing or Tanjung Leman. Is it safe ?
	You can park your car at a secured parking space. The parking ticket is based on per night (RM5/night)
Q8.	I'll be travelling with a group of people, can I get a discount ?
	Yes, you can. Typically we can give 5 % discount for a group of 10 persons (The discount varies from one location to the other).
Q9.	Can you tell me the air operator from Singapore and Kuala Lumpur that travel to Tioman Island ?

	We will generate a reservation confirmation slip and you can print it for reservation purpose.
Q11.	What is the best time to go for island holiday ?
	The best time is between March - October and pls get advice regarding the weather condition before you go. Try to avoid school and public holiday. Check out travel tips.
Q12.	Where is the airport strip ?
	At Tekek village. Check out the map.
Q13.	Where is the jungle trekking path ?
	From Tekek village to Juara village and the attraction is the waterfall.
Q14.	I wanted to go to Tioman via ferry from Singapore but I wanted to stay at other location (other than Berjaya Tioman Beach Resort).
	The drop off point is at Lalang village (location of Berjaya Tioman Beach Resort). From Lalang village, you'll need to get a boat/seabus transfer to your preferred resort. The transfer cost is RM25/person per way.
Q15.	I wanted to go to Tioman via air from Singapore/Kuala Lumpur. How do I go to my preferred resort other than Berjaya Tioman Beach Resort and resorts at Tekek village. Note : the airstrip is at Tekek village and there is a road stretch from Tekek to Lalang's village (location of Berjaya Tioman Beach Resort)
	From Tekek village, you'll need to go to Tekek's jetty to get a boat/seabus transfer to your preferred resort. If you stay at Berjaya Tioman Beach Resort, they have a frequent minibus transfer to pick you up at the airport. The transfer cost is RM25/person per way.
Q16.	What is the ferry schedule if I want to go to Rawa/Besar Island and how much ?
	Mersing - Rawa/Besar Island at 12:00 p.m Rawa/Besar Island - Mersing at 10:00 a.m. Fare is RM25/person.
