Nazri's Place

Nazri's Place is the last resort before the headland between Air Batang and Tekek. It lays claim to the best stretch of beach in Air Batang and is therefore popular with travelers. There are four nice air condition beach front rooms and eight simple standard huts set back 200m from the beach next to the jungle. Unfortunately another tract of 14 rooms burnt down in 2001 because of a guest's carelessness. So make sure to book your room early enough due to the very limited accommodation now. There is also a very good restaurant and Internet service here. Very nice and helpful staff. The Marine Park in Tekek can be reached in only 10 minutes walk across the headland.
