Some of the chalets are atop steep cliffs and amidst giant boulders, offering spectacular sea views, while others are hoisted into the treetops. An exotic blend of Malay and Asian architecture and interior design are employed to create beautiful private retreats perfectly in tune with nature. The traditional living spaces are elegantly complemented with modern chic and comforts.

Good food is an essential element in a memorable vacation. At Tamarind Terrace, guests can expect fine Thai and Indo-Chinese cuisine, as well as a limited variety of western favorites. For a night to remember, a romantic barbeque on the beach under the stars can be prepared especially for you.

Japamala was constructed to be aligned with nature – not one tree was sacrificed in construction and natural streams flow through the resort.
