TERM AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
Please read this Terms and Conditions of Use Notice (this "Notice") carefully. By viewing or otherwise using this Website, you agree to the terms and conditions in this Notice. This Notice may be changed in the future without further notice. This Notice applies exclusively to your access to, and use of, this Website and does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with our companies for products, services or otherwise provided. Please refer also to our: Reservation & Payment Policy and Private Statement.

The terms and conditions below applies to all services offered on our website

BOOKINGS DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
a) Reservation are subject to availability and a minimum 50% of total fare is required upon booking
b) The balance payment to be made at least 14 days before departure.

REFUND
No refund will be made if you fail to utilize in full the items booked for, or leave it prior to its completion or part take in any meals, outing or recreational activities and accommodation.

PRICING & SERVICE CHARGES
All hotels & resorts rates, transfers and package rates stated in the website is subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax unless specifically mentioned that the price is a net.

Note: Booking and reservation is only confirm when you received confirmation email from our company with a " reservation number " (exp: XX - XXX - XX).

PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made through telegraphic transfer, bank draft or by 'bank in' into our account.

a) All Malaysian & our international customers (except for Singaporean), please deposit / telegraphic transfer into our Maybank Account (ACCOUNT 1).

Kindly take note that any of our International customers who are staying or living in Singapore may use our (ACCOUNT 2).

b) For Singaporean Direct Deposit, please pay into our Singapore OCBC Bank Account (ACCOUNT 2). Our customer may make the payment at any OCBC Branch in Singapore into the below said account at your convenience.

CANCELATION TERMS

Prior to departure :

Deposit non refundable - 30% OF TOTAL FARE and balance 70% as follows :-

1) 72hrs to arrival date - 50% of the Total trip's full price forfeited
2) 48hrs to arrival date - 80% of the Total trip's full price forfeited
3) NO show by Customer - 100% of Total trip's full price forfeited

YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE FULL PAYMENT UPON DATELINE!!

Reservation
Except as otherwise expressly agreed, Myoutdoor.com and its Client and/or Agent agree that the terms and conditions for the services rendered by Myoutdoor.com to the Client, whether on an individual or a tour basis (or the “Services”) shall be governed by the General Booking Conditions set out below. All parties also agree said General Booking Conditions shall form an entire part of the service contract, whether verbal or written, entered into between Myoutdoor.com and the Client/Agent: VALIDITY All prices quoted to the Client/Agent are in Malaysia Ringgit and valid according to the date specified on the Myoutdoor.com printed tariffs and/or quotation and/or invoice issued to the Client/Agent. Myoutdoor.com warrants that the prices or rates quoted to the Client/Agent are correct at the time of issuance or invoice but are subject to change in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation, with or without prior notice. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION Reservations are to be made to our office or to our appointed General Sales Agent. Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 50% (fifty percent) deposit is requested, and the total package tour price for the Services should be paid at least 30 days (thirty days) prior to client's arrival in Malaysia or starting date of the tour. Otherwise Myoutdoor.com may, at its sole discretion, cancel the bookings without any refund of sums already paid to Myoutdoor.com by the Client/Agent. Myoutdoor.com also reserves the right to change any arrangement (including tours, programs, prices and services) in the best interest of its Client/Agent, with or without prior notice.

Payment
PAYMENT Except as otherwise agreed by Myoutdoor.com ,Client’s payment shall be executed by cash or bank transfer. All hotels & resorts rates, transfers and package rates stated in the website is subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax unless specifically mentioned that the price is a net. In case credit facilities has been agreed with the Client/Agent, payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to our bank account in Malaysia.
Cancellations
CANCELLATION Save for cases where a Client/Agent loses deposit as mentioned above, charges for cancellation of bookings are not levied by Myoutdoor.com. However Myoutdoor.com, if resorts, hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation, the Client/Agent shall be liable to pay those charges to Myoutdoor.com or to the concerned parties directly. VOUCHERS Vouchers are to be issued by Myoutdoor.com and Myoutdoor.com authorized Agents for all booking arrangements.

Liability
LIABILITY Myoutdoor.com always do its utmost to provide the Services to the best of its capacity and to the satisfaction of the Client. It is the understanding of all parties that Myoutdoor.com acts as an intermediary between the Client/Agent and airlines, resorts, hotels, transport operators, local tourist offices and other contractors providing the Services to the Client. Myoutdoor.com shall in no event be liable to the Client/Agent, by reason of breach of Services or unsatisfactory Services provided to the Client by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay, change in schedule or other adverse events which are beyond the control of Myoutdoor.com and/or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the Services to the Client. The Client/Agent warrants that Myoutdoor.com shall not be responsible and/or liable for additional expenses and/or damages incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action or unrest.
