Summer holiday is Raymond Chow presentation, directed by award-winning director Jingle Ma and starring the very popular Sammi Cheng and heartthrob Richie Ren. The shot was mainly taken in Redang Island , Malaysia. Summer (Sammi Cheng) is a true-bred cosmopolitan girl who goes on a vacation to ride out a set-back in her professional life. On the beautiful beach of the holiday resort she is staying in, she meets Mo Mo (Richie Ren) who cannot be more different with an unruly and laid back personality. Things start on a bad note and become worse both Summer and Mo Mo find themselves joint owners of the resort .
