How to get there

 

Endau Rompin Peta

The fastest route is via the North-South Expressway. Exit at Ayer Hitam or Simpang Renggam (from South), proceed to Kluang and then to Kahang. Follow the signage and travel a further 7km to reach the main entry point to the park. From the entry point, it is a further 53km to the park headquarters at Kampung Peta. This road takes you pass sand mining areas, plantations, Orang Asli villages, forest reserves and a 4x4 vehicle is a definite advantage.

Public Transportation
From KL or JB, take a train or expressway to Kluang. Then hop on a local bus or taxi to Kahang. Prior arrangements can be made to have a transport operator pick you up from Kahang or any point between JB, KL or Mersing and transport you into the park.

Endau Rompin Selai

Take the North-South Expressway and exit at the Yong Peng north interchange. Head for Chaah, Segamat, about 20 minutes drive away. About 2 km after Chaah, take a right turn (follow the road sign) and head towards park office, which is another 10 minutes away.

Follow the road sign and head for Sungai Bantang (7km from Bekok). Go past the turn-off and carry on driving for approximately another 20km. The road will take you through an oil palm estate and past several re-settled Orand Asli villages, about 50km from Bekok and arrive at the park in Lubuk Merekek and to Base Camp at Lubuk Tapah. Visitors are allowed to park their vehicle there.

Public transportation
By train from JB/KL, disembark at Bekok. Here, a pre-booked transport operator will ferry you into the park.

By express bus from JB/KL, disembark at Yong Peng, then take a local bus or taxi to Bekok town, where pre-booked transport operator will ferry you into the park.
