Fisherman Museum
Tanjung Balau is planned fishing village located near the beach front about 20 minutes from Desaru. Its Fisherman Museum display various equipment used by the fisherman to support their livelihood such as glass buoy and traps. Such knowledge is very educational especially to the children.
Fishing Village
This small fishing town that support several fishing village its worth a visit, not only for its seafood but also a source to fill what life is in a slow-pace fishing community a chinese confectionary in the town center is popular among visitors who could not resist the urge to by some its product. There is a cluster of houses in one of the fishing village. A stroll along its street is quite enriching, especially if u have not had a close look of the home of the fisheman.
Fireflies Watching
You will enhancted by the millions of fireflies lighting up by the mangroves the only place in Johore where the fireflies can be found.
