Tanjung Inn
Tanjung Inn has one of the prettiest locations in Cherating Village. The wooden chalets, all built in traditional Malay style are set around a lotus-filled lagoon, only a few metres from the beach.
The chalets all have private bathrooms; some fitted with stylish slate tiles, and are clean and well maintained. Wooden four-poster beds with mosquito nets and windows that open over the lagoon add a touch of romanticism.
There is a tours desk at the reception that can arrange excursions in and around Cherating as well as a small library. As it is located in the heart of Cherating Village, there are restaurants, cafes and stores nearby.
